Jet Sets is an industry leader in making recycling and repurposing a priority.

Jet Sets is dedicated to recycling and repurposing materials used in fabricating scenery for the entertainment industry. We use and reuse our responsible sourced materials, making the recycling process thorough and efficient.

What is not recycled or repurposed is donate for others to use, or used to augment new projects.

A strategic plan ensures proper reuse and recycling.

Here are a just a few ways we’re striving to reduce our carbon footprint:

• Products and materials purchased are carefully selected to ensure a low impact on the environment.

• Our lumber come from companies that manage and replenish forests.

• Electric vehicle charging stations

• All metals and plastics are recycled or repurposed upon completion of our projects.

• Paper use is minimized where possible throughout the company and recycled after use.

• Spring water, corn starch recyclable cups and utensils are used in place of plastic bottles.

• Leftover foam is sent back to the foam vendor to be professionally recycled instead of in landfills.

• Gently used props are donated to a variety of charities.

• Wood, if not reusable, is ground up by recycling companies to be repurposed.

• Unused paints are mixed and returned to the paint company for recycling purposes. They are also donated to the city for anti-graffiti programs.

• Jet Sets is a significant partner with Habitat for Humanity® and has been featured in their monthly magazine.

• Jet Sets makes contributions of leftover building supplies, paint, hardware, books and sets to local high schools and organizations.
